BRACE INSTALLATION METAL FITTING, AND CEILING STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brace installation metal fitting for installing a brace in a cruciform at an intersection of ceiling backing materials, simply and at a low cost.SOLUTION: A brace installation metal fitting 1 includes a fixing piece 2 screwed on a side surface of a hanger 22, two flat fitting plate parts 3a, 3b extending outward respectively from both sides of the fixing piece 2, to enable fixing of an edge part of a brace to the plate surface, and an engaging part 4 disposed on a lower edge of the fitting plate parts 3a, 3b, to be engaged with a ceiling backing material. The fixing piece 2 is formed by bending a metal plate inward to an L-shape when seen in a planar view, and disposed to cover the side surface of the hanger 22 from two directions. The two fitting plate parts 3a, 3b are formed by bending the metal plate outward almost perpendicularly at both side edges of the fixing piece 2, the fitting plate parts extending in a longer-side direction of two ceiling backer materials connected perpendicularly at an intersection 25.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
【課題】天井下地材の交差部に、簡単かつ低廉に、ブレースを十字状に架設可能とするブレース取付金具を提供する。【解決手段】ブレース取付金具1を、ハンガー22の側面に螺着される固定片部2と、固定片部2の両側縁から夫々延出して、板面にブレースの端部を固定可能とする、平板状をなす二枚の取付板部3a,3bと、各取付板部3a,3bの下縁に配設されて、天井下地材と係合する係合部4とで構成し、そして、固定片部2を、平面視L字状となるように金属板を内側に屈曲させてなるものとして、ハンガー22の側面を二方向から覆うように配置するとともに、二枚の取付板部3a,3bは、固定片部2の両側縁で金属板を外側に略直角に屈曲させることにより、交差部25で直角に連結される二本の天井下地材の長手方向に沿って夫々延出させる。【選択図】図11
