CAISSON SKELETON IMMERSION METHOD BASED ON PNEUMATIC CAISSON METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caisson immersion method based on a pneumatic caisson method, capable of ensuring an upper construction space and preventing sediment, ground water, and air from ejecting at low cost.SOLUTION: In a caisson immersion method, a water stop device with a water stop member 4 made from an elastic material and a pressing member 8 that is disposed to contact to the water stop member 4 and restrict a movement of the water stop member 4 upward is formed on an inner peripheral surface of a cylindrical body 1. The cylindrical body 1 is installed so that an opening of the cylindrical body 1 is positioned in vertical direction to the ground. Then, a cutting edge 31 of a caisson skeleton and the caisson skeleton are made to pass through the cylindrical body 1 while an outer surface of the caisson skeleton 30 is made to contact with an inner peripheral edge of the water stop member 4, and the caisson skeleton 30 is made to immerse into a predetermined depth.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
【課題】 低コストで、上部施工空間を確保するとともに、土砂や地下水、エアー等の噴出を防止することができるニューマチックケーソン工法によるケーソンの沈設方法を提供する。【解決手段】 ケーソンの沈設方法は、弾性材料によって形成された円環状の止水部材4と、止水部材4に接するよう配置され、止水部材4の上方への動きを規制する押え部材8とを備えた止水装置を筒体1の内周面に設け、筒体1の開口部が地盤に対して鉛直方向になるよう据え付けた後、ケーソン躯体30の外表面を止水部材4の内周縁に当接させながら、ケーソンの躯体の刃口31およびケーソン躯体を筒体1内を通過させて、ケーソン躯体30を所定深さまで沈設させるように構成されている。【選択図】 図10
