PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tooth fixing member capable of improving durability of an elastic pin equipped with a highly rigid engaging part and an elastic member.SOLUTION: A tooth fixing member has an elastic pin 8 and a lock pin 9. The elastic pin 8 has a columnar member 81 and an elastic member 83. The columnar member 8 has a pair of long faces and a pair of non-long end faces connecting the pair of long faces. A first engaging part is formed on one long face of the columnar member 8. The lock pin 9 has a second engaging part that engages with the first engaging part of the columnar member 8. The elastic pin 8 is fixed to an insertion hole formed by fitting an adapter and a tooth member. The lock pin 9 is also fixed to the insertion hole to which the elastic pin 8 is fixed. A projection part is formed on each of the pair of end faces of the columnar member 8 at its end part distant from one long face. The elastic member 83 is disposed as a compressive deformation part on one long face side of the projection part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】剛性の高い係合部と弾性部材とを備える弾性ピンの耐久性を向上させることが可能なツース固定部材の提供。【解決手段】ツース固定部材は、弾性ピン8とロックピン9とを備える。弾性ピン8は、柱状部材81と弾性部材83とを備える。柱状部材8は、一対の長尺面と当該一対の長尺面を繋ぐ非長尺な一対の端面とを備える。柱状部材8の一方の長尺面には、第1係合部が形成されている。ロックピン9は、柱状部材8の第1係合部に係合する第2係合部を有する。弾性ピン8は、アダプタとツース部材とが勘合して形成される挿通孔に対して取り付けられる。ロックピン9は、弾性ピン8が取り付けられた挿通孔に対して更に取り付けられる。柱状部材8の一対の端面の各々には、一方の長尺面から遠い側の端部において突起部が設けられている。突起部の一方の長尺面の側には、圧縮変形部として弾性部材83が配置される。【選択図】図6
