REPAIR MATERIAL INJECTION TOOL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair material injection tool capable of inexpensively and surely regulating a moving quantity of a ball of a check valve with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A repair material injection tool 1 comprises a check valve 11 in a cylindrical part 2 integrally formed of a single material. The check valve 11 comprises a valve seat 12 on the inner periphery 2c of the cylindrical part 2, a ball 13 and a stopper 14 for regulating a moving quantity of the ball 13. The stopper 14 comprises a ball receiving part 18, a plurality of fitting parts 19 fitted to the inner periphery 2c of the cylindrical part 2 and a plurality of inclined-shaped arm parts 20 for connecting the respective fitting parts 19 to the ball receiving part 18. The respective arm parts 20 convert force F for pressing the ball receiving part 18 through the ball 13, into force G for diametrically expanding the respective fitting parts 19.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】構造が簡単で、コスト安価に逆止弁のボールの移動量を確実に規制できる補修材注入用治具を提供する。【解決手段】補修材注入用治具1は、単一の材料で一体に形成された筒状部2内に逆止弁11を有する。逆止弁11は、筒状部2の内周2cの弁座12と、ボール13と、ボール13の移動量を規制するストッパ14を有する。ストッパ14は、ボール受け部18と、筒状部2の内周2cに嵌合された複数の嵌合部19と、各嵌合部19をボール受け部18に連結する複数の傾斜状の腕部20とを有する。各腕部20が、ボール13によってボール受け部18が押圧される力Fを、各嵌合部19を拡径する力Gに変換する。【選択図】図6
