SAND COLLECTOR OF SAND SEDIMENTATION POND
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of installed sand collecting valve, in a sand collector of using a feed water pump of the same capacity in a sand sedimentation pond of the same length.SOLUTION: In a sand collector, a bottom surface of a sand sedimentation pond is partitioned into a plurality of areas, and a nozzle header of installing a large number of nozzles at a predetermined interval in the respective areas, is installed along a sidewall of the sand sedimentation pond, and water is successively supplied to respective nozzle headers via control of a sand collecting valve from a feed water pump in a drainage state of the sand sedimentation pond, and thereby, sediment deposited on a bottom surface of the sand sedimentation pond is made to flow to a trough formed in parallel to the water flowing direction in the sand sedimentation pond on the bottom surface of the sand sedimentation pond, and is collected to a sand collecting pit formed in a bottom part of the sand sedimentation pond via its trough, and a plurality of areas are formed by equally dividing a bottom surface of the sand sedimentation pond in the water flowing direction in the sand sedimentation pond in a space up to s downstream side end part from an upstream side end part of the sand sedimentation pond on at least one side of the trough, and its one area is formed with a sand collecting pit inclined plane of inclining downward up to the bottom surface of the sand collecting pit provided in a bottom part of the sand sedimentation pond from the sidewall of the sand sedimentation pond, and a nozzle of the nozzle header installed in the whole area, is set to an equal number and an equal interval.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】長さが同じ沈砂池で同じ能力の給水ポンプを用いる集砂装置において、集砂弁設置数の削減を可能にする。【解決手段】 沈砂池の底面を複数の領域に区分し、各領域において多数のノズルを所定の間隔をもって取付けてなるノズルヘッダーを沈砂池の側壁に沿って設置し、沈砂池の排水状態で給水ポンプから集砂弁の制御を介して各ノズルヘッダーに順次給水をすることにより、前記沈砂池の底面に堆積した土砂を前記沈砂池の底面に沈砂池内水流方向と平行に形成されたトラフに流し、そのトラフを経て前記沈砂池の底部に形成された集砂ピットに集める集砂装置において、沈砂池の底面をトラフの少なくとも片側において沈砂池の上流側端部から下流側端部までの間において沈砂池内水流方向に等分割して複数の領域を形成し、その一つの領域に沈砂池の側壁から沈砂池の底部に設けられている集砂ピットの底面まで下り傾斜する集砂ピット傾斜面を形成し、全ての領域に設置されるノズルヘッダーのノズルを等数かつ等間隔とした。【選択図】 図6
