BASIC ASSEMBLY FRAME OF OUTER WALL PANEL AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a basic assembly frame that eliminates the need for installation of scaffolding in mounting construction of an outer wall panel to a building structure such as logistics facilities, and therefore the delay of construction due to the scaffolding is not caused, the basic assembly frame that is used for assembly work of a base-integrated outer wall panel unit, and provide a construction method of an outer wall panel using this basic assembly frame.SOLUTION: A basic assembly frame 1 is provided for assembling two or more outer wall panels arranged vertically in two or more furring strips 23 serving as the base on the ground to thereby form a base-integrated outer wall panel unit. The basic assembly frame includes a self-sustaining basic assembly frame body 2, and two or more lower end fixing jigs 3 and upper side fixing jigs 4 mounted to this basic assembly frame body 2, respectively, and holding the lower end and the upper part of the furring strip 23 before the unitization of the outer wall panel unit in a positioning state. The lower end fixing jig 3 and the upper side fixing jig 4 hold the two or more furring strips 23 in the arrangement relationship of the furring strips 23 in the outer wall panel unit and in the state where the outer wall panel can be mounted to the furring strips 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】 物流施設等の建物躯体への外壁パネルの取付施工において、足場の設置が不要で、足場に起因する工事の遅延などを生じさせない下地一体型の外壁パネルユニットを組み付ける作業に用いる地組架台、およびこの地組架台を用いた外壁パネルの施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】 上下方向に並ぶ複数枚の外壁パネルを、その下地となる複数本の胴縁２３に、地上等で組み付けて下地一体型外壁パネルユニットとするための地組架台１である。自立する地組架台本体２と、この地組架台本体２にそれぞれ取付けられて、外壁パネルユニットのユニット化前の胴縁２３の下端および上部を位置決め状態で保持する複数の下端固定治具３と上側固定治具４とを備える。下端固定治具３と上側固定治具４は、複数本の胴縁２３を外壁パネルユニットにおける胴縁２３の配置関係で、かつ外壁パネルを胴縁２３に取付け可能な状態に保持する。【選択図】 図５
