BASIC ASSEMBLY CRADLE FOR OUTER WALL PANEL
To provide a basic assembly cradle for an outer wall panel capable of correctly positioning a substrate of the outer wall panel to a specified position.SOLUTION: A substrate holding tool 3 of a basic assembly cradle 1 for assembling an outer wall panel is provided with a movable contact portion 33 and a displacement preventing contact member 6. The movable contact portion 33 switches a restriction state where one edge portion E1 is in contact with a vertical furring strip 52b as a substrate to restrict lateral movement of the vertical furring strip 52b and a release state where the restriction state is released, by a rotation of a hinge 33b. The displacement preventing contact member 6 becomes in contact with the other edge portion E11 positioned at an opposite side to the one edge portion E1 in the movable contact portion 33, at a position where the movable contact portion 33 becomes in the restriction state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】外壁パネルの下地材を規定の位置に正確に合わせることができる外壁パネルの地組架台を提供する。【解決手段】外壁パネルを組み立てる地組架台１の下地材保持具３には、可動接触部３３とズレ止め接触部材６が設けられる。可動接触部３３は、下地材である縦胴縁５２ｂに一方の縁部Ｅ１が接触し、当該縦胴縁５２ｂの左右移動を規制する規制状態と、上記規制状態を解除する解除状態とを、蝶番３３ｂの回動により切り替える。ズレ止め接触部材６は、上記可動接触部３３が上記規制状態となる位置で、当該可動接触部３３における上記一方の縁部Ｅ１の反対側に位置する他方の縁部Ｅ１１に接触する。【選択図】図８
