OUTER WALL PANEL/COLUMN LAYOUT STRUCTURE AND LAYOUT CONSTRUCTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer wall panel/column layout structure and construction method of an outer wall in which, when two or more outer wall panels are mounted together with furring strips serving as the base to a building structure as a base-integrated outer wall panel unit, the mounting of the furring strips from an indoor side can be performed without being obstructed by the column, and thereby the base-integrated construction with no-scaffolding becomes possible.SOLUTION: Two or more outer wall panels 22 arranged vertically are mounted in a basic assembly to the two or more furring strips 23 extending in the vertical direction at two or more places in the width direction to thereby form an outer wall panel unit 21. This outer wall panel unit 21 is mounted to a building structure 26 with the furring strips 23. For example, fasteners are fixed in a slab 31 and beam of the building structure 26, and the furring strips 23 are fixed in the fasteners with bolts or welding. Two or more outer wall panel units 21 are arranged in top and bottom and left and right. In the outer wall of this configuration, the outer wall panel unit 21 is arranged to the column 34 so as to straddle the column 34 when the outer wall panels 22 are laid out to the column 34 of the building structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 複数枚の外壁パネルを下地となる胴縁と共に下地一体型の外壁パネルユニットとして纏めて建物躯体に取付けるようにした場合に、柱に邪魔されることなく室内側からの胴縁の取付けが行えて、無足場による下地一体型施工が可能になる外壁の外壁パネル・柱割付け構造および施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】 上下方向に並ぶ複数枚の外壁パネル２２を、その横幅方向の複数箇所で上下方向に延びる複数本の胴縁２３に、地組で取付けて外壁パネルユニット２１とする。この外壁パネルユニット２１を、その胴縁２３で建物躯体２６に取付ける。例えば、建物躯体２６のスラブ３１や梁にファスナを固定し、そのファスナに胴縁２３をボルトまたは溶接で固定する。外壁パネルユニット２１は上下左右に複数並べる。この構成の外壁において、外壁パネル２２を建物躯体の柱３４に対して割付けるのに、柱３４に跨がるように外壁パネルユニット２１を柱３４に対して配置する。【選択図】 図１
