REPLACEMENT METHOD FOR CONCRETE FLOOR SLAB OF OVERPASS
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a replacement method for a concrete floor slab of an overpass that flexibly copes with diverse road regulations and may be executed in a short work period at a low cost.SOLUTION: When replacing a concrete floor slab for an overpass, replacement sections are set that are made by dividing an existing concrete floor slab for a plurality of lanes into a primary working part 20a and a secondary working part 20b in a road width direction. While offering the secondary working part 20b for use as a road, an existing concrete slab removing step and a precast slab installation step are implemented while moving an erection device 50 in a road length direction for constructing a PC floor slab on one side, the existing concrete slab removing step being for demolishing and removing an existing concrete floor slab 40 of the primary working part 20a located between gate-form pier parts 51, 51 using the erection device 50, and the precast slab installation step being for shifting a pre-tension precast PC slab 23 to a desired location between the gate-form pier parts 51, 51 and installing the pre-tension precast PC slab 23 in the primary working part 20a. 【課題】多様な道路規制の態様に柔軟に対応でき、しかも、短工期、低コストで施工可能な高架道路用コンクリート床版の架け替え方法の提供。【解決手段】高架道路用コンクリート床版の架け替えにおいて、複数車線用の既設コンクリート床版の道路幅員方向を一次施工部20aと二次施工部20bとに分割した架け替え区画を設定し、二次施工部20bを道路として供用可能に残した状態で、架設装置50を用いて両門型脚部51,51間に位置する一次施工部20aの既設コンクリート床版40を解体・撤去する既設コンクリート版撤去工程と、プレテンションプレキャストPC版23を両門型脚部51,51間の所望の位置まで移動させ、一次施工部20aにプレテンションプレキャストPC版23を設置するプレキャスト版設置工程とを、架設装置50を道路長さ方向に移動させつつ行い片側PC床版を構築し、片側PC床版を道路として供用可能とする。【選択図】図7
