CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF STATIC PRESS-IN COMPACTION TECHNIQUE, AND CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT SYSTEM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a rod from jamming after injection of one day is completed and to speedily start injection work on next and succeeding days when it is necessary to inject an improvement material for several days by a static press-in compaction technique.SOLUTION: In a drilling process, drilling is so performed that a hole wall becomes larger than a rod diameter, and in a following injection process, an improvement material is injected into the soil through a rod 12 so that the improvement material is push back into a gap 4 between a rod periphery and the hole wall. After injection of one day is completed, a washing instrument 14 is pressed in the rod to wash away the inside of the rod with hydraulic pressure, and the rod is rotated for edge cutting between the improvement material to be solidified with time and the rod. The rotation of the rod is started within several hours after the injection of the day is completed, and the rod is rotated for several minutes, for example, at intervals of several hours after the initial rotation is started. The rod is thus rotated to perform the edge cutting with the improvement material having been injected, so that a failure in recovering the rod due to jamming can be prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5B
【課題】静的圧入締固め工法で数日に亘る改良材の注入が必要な場合に、1日分の注入終了後におけるロッドのジャミングを防いで、翌日以降の注入作業を速やかに開始できるようにする。【解決手段】削孔工程では、孔壁がロッド径よりも大きくなるように削孔し、その後の注入工程では、ロッド周囲と孔壁との間の隙間4に改良材が押し戻されるように、ロッド12を介して改良材を地盤内に注入する。1日分の注入を終えた後、ロッド内に洗浄器具14を押し込むとともに水圧で押し流してロッド内を洗浄し、続いて、経時的に固化する改良材とロッドとの縁切りが行われるように該ロッドを回転させる。ロッドの回転は、1日分の注入を終えてから数時間内に開始し、初回の始動後は、例えば数時間おきに数分間に亘ってロッドを回転させる。このようにロッドを回転させることで、注入済み改良材との縁が切れるので、ジャミングによるロッドの回収不能を防止できる。【選択図】図5B
