To provide a construction support device, a construction support method, and a compaction timing management system that enable appropriate determination of the compaction timing of asphalt mixture layers.SOLUTION: A construction support device for asphalt pavement, in which an asphalt mixture layer is compacted after being laid and leveled, includes an acquisition unit 312 that acquires multiple parameters including weather conditions, the temperature of the asphalt mixture before it has been laid and leveled, and the void ratio of the asphalt mixture after it has been laid and leveled, and a temperature estimation unit 40 that estimates the internal temperature of the asphalt mixture layer based on the parameters acquired by the acquisition unit 312.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
