DRILLING AGITATION DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drilling agitation device capable of drilling a square excavation hole in a soft foundation and constructing a square underground pile which is formed by agitating and mixing a sand production and a hardener and solidifying them.SOLUTION: A drilling agitation device comprises: a rotation rod 9; a horizontal drilling part 7 which is formed on the rotation rod 9 and horizontally rotates along with the rotation rod 9; a vertical drilling part 8 which is disposed above the horizontal drilling part 7; and a machine element 21 which endows the vertical drilling part 8 with a rotative force in a vertical direction by transmitting a rotation power of the rotation rod 9. The vertical drilling part 8 is rotatably supported by a protection case 22 which is separated from the rotation of the rotation rod 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 軟弱地盤に角形の掘削穴を掘削すると共に、掘削した土砂と硬化材とを攪拌混合して角形に凝固させた地中杭を造成することである。【解決手段】 回転ロッド9と、前記回転ロッド9の先端に設けられ、回転ロッド9と共に水平方向に回転する水平掘削部7と、前記水平掘削部7の上方に配置された垂直掘削部8と、前記回転ロッド9の回転を動力伝達して前記垂直掘削部8に垂直方向の回転力を付与する機械要素21とを備え、前記垂直掘削部8が前記回転ロッド9の回転と切り離された保護ケース22に回転可能に支持されている。【選択図】 図2
