MANUFACTURING METHOD OF TILE STICKING SHEET
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a tile sticking sheet capable of easily and beautifully sticking a tile even by a general consumer having no plasterer experience.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a tile sticking sheet comprises a base sheet 2 having a sticking layer on at least a reverse surface, a plurality of tile pieces 3 arranged by providing a predetermined joint space 5 on a surface of its base sheet 2 and stuck via the sticking layer to the surface of its base sheet 2 and a resin joint provided in the joint space 5 of the surface of the base sheet 2, and uses a form 9 having a recessed part 8 having a plane shape of matching to a plane shape of the base sheet 2, and the tile pieces 3 are set in arrangement for providing the joint space 5 in the recessed part 8 of the form 9, and a fluid synthetic resin of becoming a resin joint later, is filled in the joint space 5 in its recessed part 8, and the resin joint is formed by executing solidification processing of the synthetic resin while being still set in the recessed part 8 of the form 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】左官経験のない一般需要者でも簡単且つ綺麗にタイルを貼ることができるタイル貼着シートの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】少なくとも裏面に貼着層を有するベースシート２と、そのベースシート２の表面に所定の目地空間５を設けて配列され且つそのベースシート２の表面に貼着層を介して貼着される複数のタイル片３と、ベースシート２の表面の目地空間５に設けられた樹脂製目地と、を備えてなるタイル貼着シートの製造方法であって、ベースシート２の平面形状に整合する平面形状を有する凹部８を備えた型枠９を使用するものであり、型枠９の凹部８内に目地空間５を設けた配列にタイル片３をセットし、その凹部８内の目地空間５に後に樹脂製目地となる流動状の合成樹脂を充填し、さらに型枠９の凹部８にセットしたまま合成樹脂の固化処理を行って樹脂製目地を形成するようにした。【選択図】 図４
