PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door opening and closing unit capable of preferably adjusting a door.SOLUTION: A first adjustment part 70a is an element to adjust a position and a posture of an opening and closing mechanism 15 relative to a wall surface 4b and installed on the wall surface 4b of a side plate 8a. A posture adjustment screw 71 rotates the opening and closing mechanism 15 around a first rotation axis 71a parallel to an arrow AR3 direction on the wall surface 4b. A second adjustment part 80a, which is supporting a fixed part 25, can be installed to the first adjustment part 70a. A first adjustment hole is a slot that extends along an arrow AR4 direction that is substantially perpendicular to an opening surface 4a. A second adjustment hole is formed along circumferential direction of a second rotation axis 84 on a support part 82. A posture adjustment screw 83 is a fastener used to fix the second adjustment part 80a to the fixed part 25.
