PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of work when a door opening/closing unit is housed in a rocker.SOLUTION: A vehicle door opening/closing unit 50 is installed in a rocker 30 forming a lower end part of a slide door opening 12 of a vehicle body 10, moves a slide door in an opening/closing direction, and includes: a door opening/closing mechanism; and a unit case 51 which houses the door opening/closing mechanism and extends in the opening/closing direction of the slide door. The unit case 51 is provided with a supported part 520 supported when the unit case 51 is housed into the rocker 30 from a side surface opening 35h of the rocker 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
