MOLD-TYPE FOUNDATION STEEL PIPE, AND INSTALLATION METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold-type foundation steel pipe and an installation method thereof that allow an electric pole to be erected as simply as possible in a shortest possible time, the mold-type foundation steel pipe being used in a method that uses a duct and other foundation steel pipes as a mold for erecting an electric pole body on a ground.SOLUTION: A preceding hole 13 having an inner diameter that is smaller than an outer diameter of a thin steel pipe 2 is drilled into a ground G using a screw auger 7 of a pole erection vehicle 12. Then, a lower part reinforcement steel pipe 5 of a foundation steel pipe 1 is inserted into the preceding hole 13, facing downward. In addition, the foundation steel pipe 1 is rotated and pressed into the preceding hole 13 in the ground, while engaging an exclusive ratchet 8 fitted on a tip part of the screw auger 7 with a fitting member 9 disposed on an inner peripheral surface of the lower part reinforcement steel pipe 5. Furthermore, a circular bottom plate 14 inserted into the foundation steel pipe 1 is installed on the ground inside the foundation steel pipe 1, and a column body 15 is inserted and erected in the foundation steel pipe 1. Finally, concrete 16 is poured between the foundation steel pipe 1 and the column body 15 while keeping the column body 15 standing vertically, for fixing the column body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】電柱等の柱体を地盤に建柱する際の型枠としてダクト管等の基礎鋼管を使用する型枠方式基礎鋼管において、できるだけ簡易且つ短時間で電柱の建柱作業を行うことができるようにした型枠方式基礎鋼管及びその施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】地盤Gに対して建柱車12のスクリュオーガ7で薄肉鋼管2の外径以下の内径を有する先行穴13を掘削した後、基礎鋼管1の下部補強用鋼管5を下方に向けた状態で先行穴13に挿入し、スクリュオーガ7の先端部に取り付けた専用爪8を下部補強用鋼管5の内周面に設けた嵌合部材9に係止した状態で、基礎鋼管1を地中の先行穴13に回転して押し込んだ後、基礎鋼管1内に投入した円形底板14を基礎鋼管1内の地盤上に設置した状態にし、柱体15を基礎鋼管1内に挿入して立てた後、柱体15の垂直性を保った状態で基礎鋼管1と柱体15との間にコンクリート16を注入して固定するようにした。【選択図】図6
