MOLD FRAME STRUCTURE FOR INSTALLATION TYPE FOUNDATION, INSTALLATION TYPE FOUNDATION USING THE SAME AND INSTALLATION METHOD THEREOF
To provide a mold frame structure for an installation type foundation, an installation type foundation using the same and an installation method thereof allowing simple production of a transportable foundation without requiring much skill, having strength enough to prevent deformation caused by placing concrete, and facilitating a construction of the foundation with a small number of workers in a short period.SOLUTION: A mold frame structure 1 for an installation type foundation capable of being installed on a place through transportation from another place comprises: a mold frame part 2 molded in a frame shape in accordance with an outer peripheral shape of the installation type foundation; foundation reinforcement parts where a plurality of reinforcement bars are placed to horizontally intersect with each other inside of the mold frame part 2; an anchor bolt part 4 provided with an anchor bolt 41 protruding vertically upward between the foundation reinforcement parts; and a distortion prevention member 5 preventing deformation of mold frame members while placing concrete by connecting the mold frames to each other in predetermined opposite positions among the plurality of mold frame members configuring the mold frame part 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】搬送可能な基礎を熟練を要さずに簡易に製造可能であり、コンクリート打設による歪みを防止しうる強度を有し、少人数、短期間で基礎を構築することができる設置型基礎用の型枠構造体およびこれを用いた設置型基礎ならびにその設置方法を提供する。【解決手段】他の場所から運んで設置可能な設置型基礎用の型枠構造体1であって、設置型基礎の外周形状に合わせて枠状に形成されている型枠部2と、型枠部2の内側に複数本の鉄筋により水平交差状に設けられている基礎鉄筋部と、基礎鉄筋部の間からアンカーボルト41を鉛直上方に突出させて設けるアンカーボルト部4と、型枠部2を構成する複数の型枠材のうち所定の対向位置にある型枠材同士を連結することによりコンクリート打設時に当該型枠材が歪むのを防止する歪み防止部材5とを有する。【選択図】図1
