AGGREGATE HEATING AND DRYING DEVICE IN ASPHALT PLANT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To be able to use solid fuel for heating and drying aggregate for producing an asphalt mixture without requiring a rotary furnace.SOLUTION: An aggregate heating and drying device includes: a drum 1 having a cylindrical drum body 2 so as to enable rotatable drive for agitating charged aggregate C; and a burner 11. The burner 11 includes a combustion chamber 15 communicating with a flame jet port 14. An upper portion of the combustion chamber 15 serves as a gasification combustion space 15a, and a bottom portion of the combustion chamber includes a fluid bed 16. The combustion chamber 15 has a fuel supply pipe 18 for supplying fuel 17. The flame jet port 14 of the burner 11 is connected to open within the drum body 2. In the combustion chamber 15, the fuel 17 is gasified for combustion and a flame F is jetted out from the flame jet port 14 into the drum body 2. By using the heat, the aggregate C is heated and dried.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 アスファルト混合物製造用の骨材の加熱乾燥に、回転式の炉を要することなく固体の燃料を使用できるようにする。【解決手段】 骨材加熱乾燥装置は、投入された骨材Ｃを撹拌するための円筒形状のドラム本体２を回転駆動可能に備えたドラム１と、バーナ１１とを備えた構成とする。バーナ１１は、火炎噴出口１４に連通する燃焼室１５を有する。燃焼室１５の上部はガス化燃焼空間１５ａとされ、底部には流動層１６が設けられている。燃焼室１５には、燃料１７を供給するための燃料供給管１８がある。バーナ１１の火炎噴出口１４は、ドラム本体２内に開口するように接続されている。燃焼室１５で燃料１７をガス化燃焼させて火炎噴出口１４よりドラム本体２内に火炎Ｆを噴出させ、その熱で骨材Ｃを加熱乾燥させる。【選択図】図１
