AGGREGATE DRYING DEVICE AND AGGREGATE DRYING METHOD
To improve the efficiency of energy utilization in the process of drying aggregate by using an aggregate drying device.SOLUTION: To dry an aggregate AGG absolutely, a first outlet 202A is opened and a second outlet 202B is closed. With a burner in an activated state, a dryer drum 120 is rotated so that the aggregate AGG is carried to the first outlet 202A by the rotation of the dryer drum 120 and the aggregate AGG is dried absolutely by the hot air of the burner then discharged from the first outlet 202A. When the absolute drying treatment of the aggregate AGG is completed, the first outlet 202A is closed and the second outlet 202B is opened. With the burner in a stopped state, the dryer drum 120 is rotated so that the aggregate AGG is carried to the second outlet 202B by the rotation of the dryer drum 120 and the aggregate AGG is pre-dried by using the residual heat of the dryer drum 120 then discharged from the second outlet 202B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】骨材乾燥装置を使用して骨材を乾燥させる処理において、エネルギーの利用効率を向上させる。【解決手段】骨材AGGを絶対乾燥させる場合、第1の排出口202Aを開け、第2の排出口202Bを閉じ、かつバーナを作動させた状態で、ドライヤドラム120の回転により骨材AGGが第1の排出口202Aへと運ばれるようにドライヤドラム120を回転させて、バーナの熱風により骨材AGGを絶対乾燥させつつ第1の排出口202Aから排出させる。骨材AGGの絶対乾燥処理が終了したら、第1の排出口202Aを閉じ、第2の排出口202Bを開け、かつバーナの作動を停止させた状態で、ドライヤドラム120の回転により骨材AGGが第2の排出口202Bへと運ばれるようにドライヤドラム120を回転させて、ドライヤドラム120の余熱を利用して骨材AGGを予備乾燥させつつ第2の排出口202Bから排出させる。【選択図】図4
