KEY FOR CYLINDER LOCK, AND CYLINDER LOCK
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key for a cylinder lock in which a blade is integrally connected with a knob portion by using a pressing force of a tip part of an inner cylinder when inserted, and thereby an operating force of the knob portion can be transmitted through an outer circumferential surface of the blade.SOLUTION: A key for a cylinder lock has: a knob portion 1; a blade rotatably fitted to a knob portion so that a base end 7a may not fall out, and capable of transmitting an operating force of the knob portion to an inner cylinder 12 through an outer circumferential surface when an outer circumferential surface having a key code fully inserts a tip part formed in a polygonal shape of three rotational symmetry or more into a keyhole 13; one engaging means 31 provided at a side of the base end of the blade; and other engaging means 33 provided in the knob portion. When inserting at least the blade in the keyhole of the inner cylinder, any of one or the other engaging means is pressed by the tip part for forming the keyhole, and thereby operated or elastically displaced against an elastic force of an elastic material 32, and one engaging means is engaged with the other engaging means to integrally form the blade with the knob portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】挿入時、内筒の先端部の押圧力を利用して、摘み部分とブレードとを一体的に結合し、摘み部分の操作力をブレードの外周面を介して伝達することができるシリンダー錠用の鍵を提供する。【解決手段】摘み部分1と、摘み部分に基端部7aが抜けないように回転自在に嵌挿すると共に、キーコードを有する外周面が3回転対称以上の多角形状に形成された先端部を鍵穴13に完全に挿入すると、摘み部分の操作力を外周面を介して内筒12に伝えることができるブレードと、ブレードの基端部側に設けた一方の係合手段31と、摘み部分に設けた他方の係合手段33とを有し、内筒の鍵穴に少なくともブレードを挿入すると、一方又は他方の係合手段のいずれかが、鍵穴を形成する先端部に押圧されることにより、弾性体32の弾性力に抗して作動或いは弾性変位して一方の係合手段と他方の係合手段が係合し、摘み部分とブレードが一体的に成る。【選択図】図7
