CYLINDER LOCK AND KEY FOR CYLINDER LOCK
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily insert a key for cylinder lock (key main body) into a cylinder lock (cylinder lock main body), even if inserting a tip of a rod-shaped shaft portion of a handle into a key hole at a rough angle by gripping a grip portion of the handle in a simple constitution and such a rational constitution as utilizing the rod-shaped shaft portion of the handle.SOLUTION: In a cylinder lock, a tumbler located on an axial right-angle cross section which is orthogonal to a rotation axis of an inner cylinder coincides with a key code formed at a blade, when inserting the blade of a key main body into a key hole of the inner cylinder of a lock main body. The key main body is constituted of: a grip portion; a shaft portion which protrudes from the grip portion in a rod shape; and the cylindrical blade which is rotatably and externally fitted to the shaft portion. An external peripheral shape of the blade is formed into either a circular shape or a polygonal shape of three-rotation symmetry or larger depending on a shape of an internal peripheral face of the key hole. When completely inserting the key main body into the key hole of the lock main body, a rotational force of the key main body is transmitted to the inner cylinder via engagement means arranged at the inner cylinder and the key main body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】簡単な構成とハンドルの棒状軸部分を利用するというような合理的構成によって、ハンドルの摘み部分を摘まんで、該ハンドルの棒状軸部分の先端部を鍵穴に大雑把な角度で挿入しても、シリンダー錠用鍵(鍵本体)をシリンダー錠(錠本体)に容易に差し込むことができること。【解決手段】鍵本体のブレードを錠本体の内筒の鍵穴に差し込んだ時、ブレードに形成されたキーコードと内筒の回転軸と直交す軸直角断面上に位置するダンブラーが一致するシリンダー錠に於いて、鍵本体は摘み部分と該摘み部分から棒状に突出する軸部分と、該軸部分に回転自在に外嵌合する筒状の前記ブレードとから構成され、ブレードの外周形状は前記鍵穴の内周面の形状に対応して円形状又は3回転対称以上の多角形状のいずれかに形成され、鍵本体を錠本体の鍵穴に完全に差込んだ時、内筒と鍵本体のそれぞれに設けた係合手段を介して、鍵本体の回転力が内筒に伝わるシリンダー錠。【選択図】図4
