PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evacuation facility capable of being manufactured and maintained at a low cost and suppressing uplift of a main body.SOLUTION: An evacuation facility according to this invention comprises: a main body 1, which has a storage part 6 capable of accepting refugees; a frame body 2, which supports the main body 1; a bearing layer 3 installed inside the frame body 2; a water inlet 4 formed at a high place; and a water channel 5, which guides the water taken in from the water inlet 4 to the bearing layer 3. The main body 1 is a reinforced concrete structure. The bearing layer 3 has a cavity. The water flows into the cavity, resulting in floating of the main body 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】低コストで製造及び維持することが可能で、かつ本体の浮き上がりを抑制することが可能な避難施設を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の避難施設は、避難者を収容し得る収容部６を有する本体１と、該本体１を支持する枠体２と、該枠体２の内側に設けられる支持層３と、高所に設けられる取水口４と、該取水口４から取り入れられる水を前記支持層３へ導く水路５とを備え、前記本体１が鉄筋コンクリート造であり、前記支持層３が空隙を有し、前記水が前記空隙に流れ込むことによって、前記本体１が浮き上がることを特徴とする。【選択図】図７
