PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake-resisting block wall capable of more reliably transmitting a horizontal force.SOLUTION: An earthquake-resisting block wall 20 comprises: multiple blocks 22 which have a pair of upper inclined surfaces 24A, 24B and a pair of lower inclined surfaces 26A, 26B, which incline inward from respective ends 24E, 26E of an upper surface 24 and a lower surface 26 in a width direction toward central parts 24M, 26M in the width direction when viewed from the front, and are piled up zigzag in a structure plane of a frame 10 so that the upper inclined surface 24A and the lower inclined surface 26B that are vertically adjacent are overlaid; a horizontal reinforcement, which is arranged in a horizontal groove part 46 formed along the width direction of the block 22; and a filler, which is charged in the horizontal groove part 46 and fixes the horizontal reinforcement to the block 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
