CONNECTION MEMBER, CONNECTION MEMBER UNIT AND CONNECTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection member capable of correcting a shaft center of an upper side steel pipe arranged on an upper portion in a direction along a vertical direction even if a shaft center of a lower side steel pipe arranged on a lower portion is slightly inclined from the vertical direction when connecting the two steel pipes that need be vertically arranged along the vertical direction.SOLUTION: A connection member 20 for vertically connecting a plurality of steel pipes 10 (10A, 10B) comprises: a box joint 22 as a first joint part which can be joined to a pin joint 11 on an upper end of a lower side steel pipe 10A arranged on a lower portion along a first joint shaft center CA corresponding to a shaft center CA of the lower side steel pipe 10A; and a pin joint 21 as a second joint part which can be joined to a box joint 12 on a lower end of an upper side steel pipe 10B arranged on an upper portion along a second joint shaft center CB corresponding to a shaft center CB of the upper side steel pipe 10B. The pin joint 21 and the box joint 22 are configured so that the second joint shaft center CB has a prescribed inclination angle with respect to the first joint shaft center CA.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】鉛直方向に沿って上下方向に配設される必要のある二本の鋼管を連結するときに、下方に配設された下側鋼管の軸心が鉛直方向から多少傾いていても、上方に配設される上側鋼管の軸心を鉛直方向に沿った方向に修正することができる連結部材を提供する。【解決手段】複数の鋼管10(10A,10B)を上下方向に連結するための連結部材20であって、下方に配設される下側鋼管10Aの上端部のピン継手11と、下側鋼管10Aの軸心CAと一致した第一継合軸心CAに沿って継合可能な第一継合部としてのボックス継手22と、上方に配設される上側鋼管10Bの下端部のボックス継手12と、上側鋼管10Bの軸心CBと一致した第二継合軸心CBに沿って継合可能な第二継合部としてのピン継手21とを備え、ピン継手21とボックス継手22とは、第二継合軸心CBが第一継合軸心CAと所定の傾斜角度をもつ。【選択図】図1
