GAS SEPARATION MEMBRANE, GAS SEPARATION MATERIAL, AND GAS SEPARATION MEMBRANE MANUFACTURING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas separation membrane having defects reduced, a gas separation material, and a manufacturing method for manufacturing a gas separation membrane reduced in defect.SOLUTION: The invention comprises a porous film 9 including an inorganic porous part 3 and an oxide precipitate 7 containing a metal oxide oxidized from a deposit containing a metal held in the inner walls of the hole of the inorganic porous part, as a simple substance. Further comprised is a gas separation body 11 arranged in a mode to clog the pores 5 of the porous film. It is preferred that the oxide precipitate 7 containing the metal oxide contains the oxide particles prepared by oxidizing the metal fine particles held on the inner wall faces of the pores of the porous part. The gas separation membrane of the invention has a low defect and is excellent in the function of the gas separation film.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】欠陥を低減したガス分離膜、ガス分離材、及び、欠陥を低減するためのガス分離膜の製造方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】本発明は、無機多孔質部3と、無機多孔質部の孔の内壁面に保持された金属を単体で含む析出物を酸化してなる金属酸化物を含む酸化析出物7と、を有する多孔質膜9を備える。また、多孔質膜の孔5を塞ぐような形態で配されるガス分離体11も備える。金属酸化物を含む酸化析出物7には、多孔質部の孔の内壁面に保持された単体金属からなる金属微粒子を、酸化した酸化粒子が含まれることが好ましい。本発明のガス分離膜は、低欠陥であり、ガス分離膜の機能に極めて優れている。【選択図】図1
