PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stile/rail body and a fitting having the stile/rail body that suppress cluttering between a metallic stile material and a resin stile material, thereby ensuring product quality.SOLUTION: A stile/rail body 24 of shoji sashes 14, 15 supported on an open frame 12 of a fitting 10 has a resin stile 32 fitted on a metallic stile 30 by engaging engagement pieces 40, 41 with engaging grooves 38, 39, the engagement pieces extending in a longer-side direction of the resin stile 32 and the engaging grooves extending in a longer-side direction of the metallic stile 30. A protrusion 72 is formed on at least one wall part 39b of a pair of wall parts 39a, 39b that form side walls of the engaging groove 39 on one side, the protrusion being protruded toward inside of the engaging groove 39 from a part of the wall part 39b in a longer-side direction and contacting the engagement piece 41 on one side engaged with the engaging groove 39. An inclined surface 40a is formed on the other engagement piece 40, the inclined surface being inclined with regard to an engaging direction with the other engaging groove 38.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】金属製框材と樹脂製框材との間のがたつきの発生を抑制し、製品品質を確保することができる框体及び該框体を備える建具を提供する。【解決手段】建具１０の開口枠１２に支持された障子１４，１５の框体２４は、金属框３０の長手方向に沿って延びた係合溝３８，３９に対し、樹脂框３２の長手方向に沿って延びた係合片４０，４１を係合させることで金属框３０に樹脂框３２を装着する構成であり、一方の係合溝３９の側壁となる一対の壁部３９ａ，３９ｂのうちの少なくとも一方の壁部３９ｂには、該壁部３９ｂの長手方向の一部から係合溝３９の内側に向かって突出し、該係合溝３９に係合された一方の係合片４１に当接する突出部７２が設けられ、他方の係合片４０には、他方の係合溝３８に対する係合方向に対して傾斜した傾斜面４０ａが設けられている。【選択図】図４
