To provide a stile-and-rail door using a laminated wood for its paneling, preventing the paneling from being burned down by flame passing through a gap generated when an adhesive agent at a joint between laminae gets thin in a case of fire, which improves its fireproof performance and fire-blocking performance.SOLUTION: A stile-and-rail door 10 is formed by fixing a paneling 15 within a frame body comprising vertical stiles 11, 12 and horizontal stiles 13, 14. The paneling is formed by laminating plate-shaped laminated woods 16, 17 in a thickness direction and bonding them together. Joints 21, 23 in a width direction between laminae 20, 22, respectively, of those two-layered laminated woods are located so as not to be in line with each other in the thickness direction of the paneling. As a result of this, even if a gap is generated at an adhesive-agent layer at the joint of one of the laminated woods in a case of fire, it becomes possible to prolong the time before flame passes through a gap at an adhesive-agent layer at the joint of the other laminated wood and has burned down the paneling. Locating joints 31, 32 which are in a height direction between laminae not to be in line with each other would be more effective.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
