REPAIR MATERIAL FOR CONCRETE STRUCTURE, AND REPAIR METHOD FOR CONCRETE STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair material for repairing a concrete structure of which a design strength is 45 N/mmor less and a repair method for the concrete structure of which a design strength is 45 N/mmor less, the repair material offering integrity between existing and new materials and even higher strength of the structure when used for a repair after removing a deteriorated part of the concrete structure of which the design strength is 45 N/mmor less.SOLUTION: A repair material for a concrete structure contains a coarse aggregate of a unit aggregate quantity between 200 and 400 L/m3 that passes through a sieve with a nominal opening of 11.2 mm at 95 mass% or more, water of a unit water quantity between 170 and 230 L/m3, a hydraulic material, and a fine aggregate. A contraction coefficient of the repair material is to be 600 μ or less, at a material age of 91 days cured under 20°C and a relative humidity of 60%, after setting a distance between edge surfaces on inner sides of a gauge plug 48 hours after concrete casting, pursuant to the JIS A 1129: Methods of measurement for length change of mortar and concrete Part 3: Method with dial gauge.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】設計基準強度が45N/mm2以下のコンクリート構造物の劣化部分除去後の成形し直しに用いると、新旧の材料の一体性に優れ、補修後の構造物がより高い強度が得られる、設計基準強度が45N/mm2以下のコンクリート構造物補修用の補修材を提供する。また、設計基準強度が45N/mm2以下のコンクリート構造物補修用の補修方法を提供する。【解決手段】単位粗骨材量200〜400L/m3の公称目開き11.2mmのふるい95質量%以上通過する粗骨材と、単位水量170〜230L/m3の水と、水硬性物質と、細骨材とを含有するコンクリート構造物補修用の補修材を、JIS A 1129「モルタル及びコンクリートの長さ変化試験方法−第3部:ダイヤルゲージ法」に準じ、打ち込みから48時間後に基長し、20℃相対湿度60%で養生した材齢91日における収縮率が600μ以下とした。【選択図】なし
