CURABLE COMPOSITION KIT FOR CONCRETE STRUCTURE REPAIR, REPAIR MATERIAL OF CONCRETE STRUCTURE AND REPAIR METHOD OF CONCRETE STRUCTURE
To provide a curable composition kit, a repair material and a repair method used for repairing a concrete structure capable of further improving durability against drying and wetting and preventing a problem in appearance of chalking etc.SOLUTION: A curable composition kit for repairing an existing concrete structure consists of a first kit and a second kit, wherein the first kit is a curable composition including solution containing sodium silicate and pozzolan active material having electric conductivity of 0.4 mS/cm or greater, and the second kit is a modifier solution containing a cation and a nitrate ion and/or a nitrite ion whose valence is two or more. A repair material of the concrete structure consists of a curable composition containing the first kit and the second kit, and a substrate for repair consisting of liquid permeable sheet member. A repair method of the concrete structure comprises the steps of: preparing the repair material; impregnating the curable composition of the first kit into the substrate for repair and adhering it to the concrete structure; and applying the modifier solution of the second kit relative to the acquired substrate for repair.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】乾燥湿潤に対する耐久性をより高め、かつ白亜化等の外観上の問題を防ぐことのできるコンクリート構造物の補修に用いられる硬化性組成物キット、補修材料及び補修方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】第１キットと第２キットとにより構成される、既設のコンクリート構造物補修用硬化性組成物キット。第１キット：珪酸ナトリウムを含む水溶液と、電気伝導率差０．４ｍＳ／ｃｍ以上であるポゾラン活性物質とを含む硬化性組成物。第２キット：２価以上の陽イオンと硝酸イオン及び／又は亜硝酸イオンとを含む改質剤水溶液；ならびに第１キットと第２キットとを含む硬化性組成物と、透液性のシート状部材からなる補修用基材とからなるコンクリート構造物の補修材料；この補修材料を準備する工程、前記第１キットの硬化性組成物を前記補修用基材に含浸させ、コンクリート構造物に貼付する工程、得られた前記補修用基材に対し、第２キットの改質剤水溶液を塗工する工程を含むコンクリート構造物の補修方法。【選択図】図１
