HOLE-IN ANCHOR, INSTALLATION METHOD FOR HOLE-IN ANCHOR, AND FRAME FOR HOLE-IN ANCHOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hole-in anchor that allows an anchorage length to be secured readily for an anchor bar.SOLUTION: A hole-in anchor 1 includes a hole 10 formed on a wall surface 3 and having a grout material 11 filled therein, and an anchor bar 20 inserted into the hole 10. An extension part 30 having a prescribed thickness d is provided that covers the hole 10, on the wall surface 3 and around the anchor bar 20. According to the present invention, the extension part 30 is provided around the anchor bar 20 at a hole port of the hole 10, limiting a portion with the insufficiently filled grout material 11 within the extension part 30 when filling of the grout material 11 is somewhat insufficient due to drainage of the grout material 11. As such, the situation does not affect calculation of an anchorage length of the anchor bar 20. Therefore, high anchorage strength is maintained by securing a prescribed anchorage length for the anchor bar 20, readily and surely.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】アンカー筋の定着長さを容易に確保できるあと施工アンカーを提供すること。【解決手段】あと施工アンカー１は、壁面３に設けられてグラウト材１１が充填された孔１０と、この孔１０に挿入されたアンカー筋２０と、を備える。壁面３上でかつアンカー筋２０の周囲には、所定の厚みｄを有する増打部３０が孔１０を覆って設けられる。本発明によれば、孔１０の孔口のアンカー筋２０の周囲に増打部３０を設けたので、グラウト材１１が流出してグラウト材１１の充填が多少不十分となっても、このグラウト材１１の充填が不十分となる部分は増打部３０に生じることになるので、アンカー筋２０の定着長の算定には影響しない。よって、アンカー筋２０の所定の定着長を容易かつ確実に確保して、高い定着耐力を保持できる。【選択図】図１
