INSTALLATION METHOD OF HOLE-IN ANCHOR, AND HOLE-IN ANCHOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a hole-in anchor to be reliably expanded in an appropriate expanded state through simple work and a person other than a worker to reliably perform construction confirmation.SOLUTION: An installation method for a hole-in anchor 1 comprises an inner member 2 with a cylinder part 21 and a tapered part 22 and having a female screw hole 23 formed thereon, and an outer sleeve 3 having an expanded part 32, being divided by a slit 33 and fitted externally on the cylinder part 21. The installation method includes the steps of: forming a drilled hole 61 through concrete at a diameter roughly corresponding to an outer diameter of the outer sleeve 3 and at a drilled depth L2 roughly corresponding to an overall length L1 of the inner member 2; inserting the inner member 2 deeply into the drilled hole 61 and confirming that a rear edge surface of the inner member 2 is almost flush with a concrete surface 62; inserting the hole-in anchor 1 deeply into the drilled hole 61; and driving the outer sleeve 3 until a rear edge surface of the outer sleeve 3 is almost flush with the concrete surface 62, thus expanding the expanded part 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】簡単な作業であと施工アンカーを適切な拡開状態で確実に拡開させることができ、作業者以外の者が施工確認を確実に行うことを可能にする。【解決手段】筒部21とテーパ部22を有し雌ねじ孔23が形成されたインナー部材2と、スリット33で分割された拡開部32を有し筒部21に外装されるアウタースリーブ3から構成されるあと施工アンカー1の施工方法であり、アウタースリーブ3の外径に略対応した径で且つインナー部材2の全長L1に略対応した穿孔深さL2で、コンクリートに穿孔61を形成する工程、インナー部材2を穿孔61の奥まで挿入してインナー部材2の後端面がコンクリート表面62と略面一となることを確認する工程、あと施工アンカー1を穿孔61に奥まで挿入する工程、アウタースリーブ3の後端面がコンクリート表面62と略面一になるまでアウタースリーブ3を打込んで拡開部32を拡開する工程を備える。【選択図】図4
