ANCHOR HOLDER FOR HOLE-IN ANCHOR AND INSTALLATION METHOD OF ANCHOR FOR HOLE-IN ANCHOR USING THIS
To provide a holder that can secure holding in spite of aging, vibration, shock, etc., and is made light thanks to the simple structure, with compactness and excellent workability for fixing.SOLUTION: It is composed of multiple locking bodies (1, 1') that surround the axis of an anchor inserted into a structure and contact and lock the anchor side surface inside a prepared hole. Each of the locking bodies (1, 1') includes a projecting part (11) projecting from the hole edge (He) into the prepared hole (H), a ground part (10 t) grounded to the structure surface (CF), and a reaction force application part (2) that presses against the side of the anchor outside the prepared hole. It is in such a state that each of the locking bodies (1, 1') is grounded, and the tip of the projecting portion (11) is pressed against the anchor side surface in the prepared hole from the hole edge (He) to make contact, and by increasing the press-contact reaction force through the reaction force application part, a locking moment is applied to the direction toward the anchor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】時間の経過や振動、衝撃などを受けても保持力を確保することができ、また、簡易な構造によって軽量化、コンパクト化を図りつつ、固定作業の取り扱い性に優れた保持器を提供する。【解決手段】構造体に挿入されたアンカーの軸周りを囲って下穴内のアンカー側面に接触係止する、複数基の係止体(1、1´)から構成される。各係止体(1、1´)は、穴縁(He)から下穴(H)内に突入する突入部(11)と、構造体表面(CF)に接地する接地部(10t)と、下穴外のアンカー側面に圧接する反力付与部(2)とを具備する。各係止体(1、1´)を接地させ、穴縁(He)から下穴内のアンカー側面に突入部(11)先端を圧接して接触させた状態とし、反力付与部による圧接反力を増強させることで、アンカー寄り方向への係止モーメントを付与する。【選択図】図4
