REINFORCEMENT INTERSECTION FASTENER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement intersection fastener that firmly fastens a reinforcement intersection such as an intersection of a first reinforcement and a second reinforcement of a reinforcement cage disposed in a concrete mold when constructing a reinforced concrete structure.SOLUTION: A U-shaped bent part 12 of a U-bolt 1 is engaged with a first reinforcement 4 that is one of reinforcements to be fastened, and an arc-formed bent part 13 is engaged with a second reinforcement 5 that is the other of the reinforcements to be fastened. While keeping a roughly U-shaped bent part 31 of a fastening plate 3 in contact with the first reinforcement 4 to be fastened, as if to wrap around the reinforcement, both male screw parts 11, 11 of the U-bolt 1 is inserted into insertion holes 33, 33 formed on both flange parts 32, 32 of the fastening plate 3, and nuts 2, 2 are screwed on both screw parts 11, 11, thus firmly fastening an intersection between the first reinforcement 4 and the second reinforcement 5. An inner depth of the bent part 31 of the fastening plate 3 is set such that both flange parts 32, 32 come into contact with the second reinforcement 5 to be fastened, as of the moment when the intersection between the first reinforcement and the second reinforcement is fastened firmly.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】鉄筋コンクリート構造物施工時における型枠内に配置される鉄筋かごにおける第1鉄筋と第2鉄筋との交差部などの鉄筋交差部の強固な締結が可能な鉄筋交差部締結具の提供。【解決手段】 Uボルト1におけるU字状折曲部12を締結すべき一方の第1鉄筋4に係合させ、円弧状折曲部13を締結すべきもう一方の第2鉄筋5に係合させ、締結プレート3の略U字状湾曲部31を締結すべき一方の第1鉄筋4を包み込むように当接させた状態で、Uボルト1の両雄ねじ部11、11を締結プレート3の両フランジ部32、32に備えた挿通孔33、33に挿通し、該両雄ねじ部11、11にナット2、2を螺合して第1鉄筋4と第2鉄筋5の交差部を強く締結した時点で、両フランジ部32、32が締結すべき一方の第2鉄筋5に当接するように前記締結プレート3における湾曲部31の内側深さが設定されている。【選択図】 図7
