REINFORCEMENT INTERSECTION FASTENER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement intersection fastener capable of increasing the fastening force of a reinforcement intersection because one reinforcement engaging to an engaging groove of a plate has a strong force to prevent another reinforcement from rotating in a circumferential direction along with both U bolts.SOLUTION: A reinforcement intersection fastener comprises: a plate 1, which has an engaging groove 11 butting and engaging to a first reinforcement 4 at an intersection between the first reinforcement 4 and a second reinforcement 5; two U bolts 2, 2; and nuts 3, 3. The plate 1 comprises: two bolt insertion holes 12 along the engaging groove 11 on both ends of the plate; and irregularities 21a, 21a along a circumferential direction at a part of U-shaped bent parts 21, 21 of both U bolts 2, 2 to which at least the second reinforcement 5 butts. The intersection between both reinforcements 4, 5 is strongly fastened and fixed between two U bolts 2 and the plate 1 by inserting two U bolts 2, 2 from the second reinforcement 5 side into the insertion hole 12 of the plate 1 and screwing nuts 3 to the U bolts to fasten.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】 プレートの係合溝に係合するもう一方の鉄筋が、両Ｕボルトと共に一方の鉄筋の円周方向に回転するのを阻止する力が強く、これにより、鉄筋交差部の締結力を高めることができる鉄筋交差部締結金具の提供。【解決手段】 第１鉄筋４と第２鉄筋５との交差部における第１鉄筋４に当接係合する係合溝１１を有するプレート１と、２本のＵボルト２、２及びナット３、３との組み合わせよりなり、プレート１は、その両端部にそれぞれ係合溝１１に沿って２つのボルト挿通孔１２を備え、両Ｕボルト２、２のＵ字状折曲部２１、２１における少なくとも第２鉄筋５が当接する部分に円周方向に沿って凹凸部２１ａ、２１ａを備え、２本のＵボルト２、２第２鉄筋５側からプレート１の挿通孔１２に挿通させ、ナット３を螺合してそれぞれ締結することにより、２本のＵボルト２、とプレート１との間に両鉄筋４、５の交差部を強固に締結固定する構成。【選択図】 図５
