To provide a reinforcement structure of an existing fastener for supporting a jacket material such as a curtain wall.SOLUTION: A reinforcement structure of an existing fastener includes: an existing fastener 20 which is fixed to an upper surface 10A of a slab 10, and supports a curtain wall 14 arranged on an outdoor side of the slab 10; and a reinforcement base 40 which is fixed onto an upper surface 10B of the slab 10 on an indoor side of the existing fastener 20, and is connected to the existing fastener 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
