LIFTING MECHANISM OF HONEYCOMB SCREEN DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily restore a lifting mechanism in a honeycomb screen device even if it is occasionally entangled, without hooking or entangling a suspension cord for suspending a lower frame on the other object in a head box, with an easy and simple constitution.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises a lifting mechanism 15 for driving a lower frame in the vertical direction, by installing the upper-lower ends of a honeycomb screen 1 in an upper frame and a lower frame 11. The lifting mechanism comprises a single winding shaft 16 for winding a plurality of suspension cords 12 derived upward by being installed in a plurality of positions in the longitudinal direction of the lower frame in a head box 10, and the suspension cords are installed on its surface by a cord clip member 35. The winding shaft is movably supported in its rotation and axial direction by a plurality of bearings 30 in the head box, and is connected to a driving mechanism 17, and the winding shaft moves in its axial direction in response to rotation of the winding shaft itself, and a movement distance per one rotation of its winding shaft is set in the same degree as a diameter of the cord.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ハニカムスクリーン装置における昇降機構を、簡単、シンプルな構成で、下枠を吊下する吊下コードがヘッドボックス内において他物に引っ掛かったり絡まったりすることがなく、それが絡まることがあっても簡単に復元可能なものにする。【解決手段】ハニカムスクリーン1の上下端を上枠及び下枠11に取り付けて、下枠を上下方向に駆動する昇降機構15を備える。昇降機構は、ヘッドボックス10内に下枠の長手方向の複数位置に取り付けて上方に導出した複数の吊下コード12を巻き取る単一の巻軸16を備え、その表面に吊下コードをコードクリップ部材35により取り付ける。巻軸はヘッドボックス内の複数の軸受30によりその回転及び軸線方向の移動を可能にして支持させ、駆動機構17に接続し、巻軸自体の回転に伴って該巻軸がその軸線方向に移動するものとし、その巻軸の1回転当たりの移動距離を上記コードの径と同程度にする。【選択図】図1
