LIFTING/LOWERING TYPE SCREEN DEVICE WITH BRAKE MECHANISM
To provide a lifting/lowering type screen device capable of stopping a screen at an arbitrary operation position with a simple brake mechanism and having superior operability.SOLUTION: A lifting/lowering type screen device includes a screen 2A lifted/lowered by a hoisting shaft 3A, a hoisting spring 5 for imparting rotational force to the hoisting shaft 3A in the direction of pulling up the screen 2A, an operation frame 6 for lifting/lowering the screen 2A, and a brake mechanism 10 for applying brake force for stopping the operation frame 6 at an arbitrary operation position to the hoisting shaft. The brake mechanism 10 has: a screw rod 11 attached to a shaft housing box 4; and nut members 12, 13 attached to the hoisting shaft 3A and engaged with the screw rod 11, and rotated together with rotation of the hoisting shaft 3A to move along the screw rod 11. Contact force between screw threads in the nut members 12, 13 and the screw rod 11, as braking force, serves for suppressing rotation of the hoisting shaft 3A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】簡単なブレーキ機構によってスクリーンを任意の操作位置に停止させることができると共に操作性にも勝れた上げ下げ式スクリーン装置を得る。【解決手段】巻上軸3Aで上げ下げされるスクリーン2Aと、前記巻上軸3Aに前記スクリーン2Aを引き上げる方向の回転力を付与する巻上ばね5と、前記スクリーン2Aを上げ下げ操作する操作框6と、該操作框6を任意の操作位置に停止させるためのブレーキ力を前記巻上軸に作用させるブレーキ機構10とを有し、前記ブレーキ機構10は、軸収容ボックス4に取り付けられた螺子杆11と、前記巻上軸3Aに取り付けられて該螺子杆11と噛み合い、前記巻上軸3Aの回転と共に回転して該螺子杆11に沿って移動するナット部材12,13とを有し、該ナット部材12,13と前記螺子杆11とにおける螺子山同士の接触力をブレーキ力として前記巻上軸3Aの回転を抑制する。【選択図】図3
