PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balcony having a support structure devised to minimize a part of a balcony surface area calculated as a part of a building area, when enlarging the balcony surface area by increasing a depth thereof.SOLUTION: A residential unit 30 of a housing has a beam 3 provided between columns 2, 2 on an opening side, and an L-shaped balcony 1 extends on outside of the residential unit 30. A depth Lof a base part 11 of the balcony 1 is within 1 m, and a projecting slab 12 having a width within 2 m protrudes perpendicularly from the base part 11. The balcony 1 is L-shaped overall, and the balcony 1 with a large depth dimension overall is obtained by installing the projecting slab 12. An independent column 4 is provided at a center in a width direction of the projecting slab 12 at a tip part, for supporting the projecting slab 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】バルコニーの奥行を大きくしてバルコニーの面積を大きくする場合において、バルコニーの支持構造を工夫することによって建築面積に算入される部分を極力小さくする。【解決手段】集合住宅の住居３０の開口側の柱２、２の間には梁３が設けてあり、バルコニー１は、Ｌ字形に住戸３０の外方に延びている。バルコニー１の基部１１の奥行Ｌ１は１ｍ以内としてあり、幅２ｍ以内の持ち出しスラブ１２が基部１１に直角に突出させてあり、バルコニー１全体はＬ字形であり、持ち出しスラブ１２を設けたことによって全体として奥行の大きなバルコニー１が得られる。持ち出しスラブ１２の先端部の幅方向の中心部には独立柱４が設けてあって持ち出しスラブ１２を支持している。【選択図】図１
