METAL PIPE COLUMN REINFORCING METHOD AND REINFORCEMENT STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a versatile metal pipe column reinforcing method.SOLUTION: A reinforcing method for a metal pipe column 10 reinforces the metal pipe column 10 with a corrosion part 11 on its outer peripheral surface. The reinforcing method comprises following processes: a removal process to remove the corrosion part 11 of the metal pipe column 10; a first application process to apply a liquid resin 40 on a peripheral part of a removal part 13 where the corrosion part is removed; a bond process to dispose a rod-like fiber 31 containing resin on a surface of the metal pipe column 10 so as to cover the removal part 13 and bond the rod-like fiber 31 to the metal pipe column 10 through the applied liquid resin 40; and a second application process to apply a liquid resin 41 on a surface of the rod-like fiber 31 bonded to the metal pipe column 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
