PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an asphalt plant, which enables space saving and cost reducing by intensively disposing devices that compose a plant.SOLUTION: An exhaust gas processing unit 3 is composed by mounting a dust collector 14, which captures dust in an exhaust gas led out from a drier 2, an exhauster 15 for leading out the exhaust gas and an exhaust flue 16, which directly connects the dust collector 14 and the exhauster 15, on a single floor 17. The exhaust gas processing unit is disposed above the drier 2 for aggregate heating. This structure can save space by allowing the exhaust gas processing facilities, which conventionally scattered around the drier 2, to be intensively disposed above the drier 2, and cost reduction can be expected as an installation work such as mounting of the exhaust flue 16 can be easily done and a construction period can be shortened.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 プラントを構成する各装置を集約させて省スペース化及び低コスト化を可能としたアスファルトプラントを提供する。【解決手段】 骨材加熱用のドライヤ２の上位に、このドライヤ２から導出される排ガス中のダストを捕捉する集塵機１４と、排ガス導出用の排風機１５と、前記集塵機１４と排風機１５とを直結する排気煙道１６とを、単一のフロア１７上に搭載してなる排ガス処理ユニット３を配設する。前記構成とすることにより、従来ドライヤ２周囲に散在していた前記各排ガス処理設備を、ドライヤ２の上位に集約して配置することが可能となって省スペース化が図れると共に、前記排気煙道１６の取り合い等の設置作業も容易となって工期短縮が図れて低コスト化も期待できるものとなる。【選択図】 図１
