PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an asphalt plant which drives a bag filter function normally without increasing the discharge amount of carbon dioxide.SOLUTION: An asphalt plant 1 is provided with: a relaying duct 16 for communicating a waste exhaust duct 6 for heating and drying a regenerated aggregate with a new material exhaust duct 15 for heating and drying a new aggregate; a first flow amount adjusting damper 17 provided in the relaying duct 16 and controlling the amount of airflow of combustion exhaust air which is waste exhaust air burnt in a deodorization furnace 4 flowing in the relaying duct 16 in accordance with the degree of opening; and a control device 22 for controlling the degree of opening of the first flow amount adjusting damper 17 so that the temperature of mixed exhaust air of combustion exhaust air introduced into a bag filter 13 and a new material exhaust air falls within a predetermined range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】二酸化炭素の排出量を増大させることなくバグフィルタを正常に機能させるアスファルトプラントの提供。【解決手段】アスファルトプラント1は、再生骨材を加熱乾燥させる廃材排気ダクト6と新規骨材を加熱乾燥させる新材排気ダクト15とを連通する中継ダクト16と、中継ダクト16内に設けられ、脱臭炉4で燃焼された廃材排気である燃焼排気が中継ダクト16内を流れる風量を開度に応じて調整する第1の風量調整ダンパー17と、バグフィルタ13に導入される燃焼排気と新材排気との混合排気の温度が所定範囲に収まるように第1の風量調整ダンパー17の開度を調整する制御装置22とを備えている。【選択図】図1
