To provide an asphalt plant capable of producing an asphalt mixture while uniformly foaming molten asphalt.SOLUTION: An asphalt plant is equipped with a water injection nozzle 20 for injecting and adding water to molten asphalt is provided in an asphalt supply pipe 19 on the downstream side of a supply pump 18, and a stirring and mixing part 21 for mixing water and molten asphalt is provided in the asphalt supply pipe 19 on the downstream side of the water injection nozzle 20, a cylindrical body 22 having a diameter larger than that of asphalt supply piping 19 is provided, and the cylindrical body 22, an introduction part 23 and a lead-out part 24 are connected to a funnel-shaped connection part 25, and the introduction part 23 and the lead-out part 24 are connected to the cylinder 22 by shifting their respective central axes, at the intermediate position in the downward direction of the cylindrical body 22, a column body 27 is penetrated in the direction perpendicular to the downward direction, and turbulence is generated in the molten asphalt to which water flowing down the cylinder 22 is added, agitated and mixed, and then supplied to the mixer 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 溶融アスファルトを均一にフォームド化しながらアスファルト混合物を製造可能なアスファルトプラントを提供する。【解決手段】供給ポンプ18の下流側のアスファルト供給配管19に水を溶融アスファルトに噴射添加する水噴射ノズル20を備え、該水噴射ノズル20の下流側のアスファルト供給配管19に水と溶融アスファルトとを混合する撹拌混合部21を備え、アスファルト供給配管19より大径の筒体22を備え、該筒体22と導入部23及び導出部24とを漏斗状の連結部25にて連結すると共に、前記導入部23と導出部24とは各中心軸をずらして前記筒体22に連結する一方、前記筒体22の流下方向中間位置には流下方向と直交方向に柱体27を貫通させ、前記筒体22内を流下する水を添加した溶融アスファルトに乱流を生じさせて撹拌混合した後にミキサ10へと供給する。【選択図】 図1
