VOLTAGE NONLINEAR RESISTOR COMPOSITION, AND VARISTOR AND LAMINATE VARISTOR THAT USE THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage nonlinear resistor composition that develops voltage nonlinearity even when an unbaked variator material and a less noble metal electrode having low resistance are burned integrally with each other, and enables the same level dense sintering as a case where they are burned in atmosphere.SOLUTION: A voltage nonlinearity resistor composition contains Zn element, Co element, Si element and at least one kind of element or element group selected from the group consisting of Sr element, Ca element and Ba element. When the at least one kind of element or element group selected from the group consisting of the Sr element, the Ca element and the Ba element is represented by A, and with respect to the mole ratios of the Zn element, the Co element, the Si element and A, the mole ratio of Zn is represented by (1-x), the mole ratio of Co and Al is represented by x and the mole ratio of Si is represented by y, x and y are located on lines or a range surrounded by the points a(0.0025, 0.0025), b(0.0025, 0.025) and c(0.025, 0.025) on the x-y flat plane coordinate (x,y).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
