SEISMIC ISOLATOR INSTALLATION STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seismic isolator installation structure capable of performing construction of an upper structure requiring no tentative support.SOLUTION: A seismic isolator installation structure 10 has: a steel bundle 22 as a cylindrical member; and a laminated rubber bearing 16. A mid-story isolated building 18 has an intermediate isolation layer 20 which is disposed on a steel lower structure 12 by means of the seismic isolator installation structure 10, includes the laminated rubber bearing 16 as a seismic isolator for supporting a steel upper structure 14. The lower structure 12 includes: a column 26 of CFT (concrete-filled steel tube), which is formed by filling a steel tube with concrete U; and a beam 28 of H-steel which is joined with the column 26.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
