SEAL MATERIAL BETWEEN CONNECTION PART OF BRIDGE GIRDER AND FLOOR SLAB
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal material between a connection part of a bridge girder and a floor slab which hardly falls in a lateral direction and causes a positional deviation even when a force in the lateral direction is applied to the seal material at the time of poisoning of the floor slab performed in placement of the floor slab on the seal material on the bridge girder upper surface, can obtain the excellent sealing property in the connection part of the bridge girder when the concrete and mortar are placed, simplify the caulking agent application work and reduce the use amount of the caulking agent.SOLUTION: A seal material 10 arranged along the lengthwise direction of a bridge girder 51 between a connection part 53 of the bridge girder 51 and a floor slab arranged on the upper side of the bridge girder 51 has such a configuration that an upper foam 21 is laminated on a lower foam 11, the lower foam 11 has a recess 18 which accommodates an end 611 of a fastening member 61 protruding onto the bridge girder connection part 53, on the lower surface thereof, and the end 611 of the fastening member 61 is brought into contact with the lower surface of the recess 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】床版を橋桁上面のシール材上に載置する際に行われる床版の位置調整時に、シール材に横方向の力が加わっても横方向へ倒れたり位置ズレを生じ難く、またコンクリートやモルタルの打設時には、橋桁の連結部で良好なシール性を得ることができ、コーキング剤塗布作業の簡略化及びコーキング剤の使用量を低減することができる橋桁の連結部と床板間のシール材を提供する。【解決手段】橋桁51の連結部53と橋桁51上方に配置される床版との間に橋桁51の長さ方向に沿って配設されるシール材10を、下側発泡体11に上側発泡体21を積層した構成とし、下側発泡体11は橋桁連結部53上に突出している締結部材61の端部611を収容する窪み18を下面に有し、窪み18の下面に締結部材61の端部611が当接するようにした。【選択図】図4
