DIAGONAL MEMBER INSPECTION DEVICE FOR CABLE-STAYED BRIDGE AND DIAGONAL MEMBER INSPECTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagonal member inspection device capable of inspecting presence/absence of damage and fracture of PC steel wires constituting diagonal members of a cable-stayed bridge in an unmanned manner by teleoperated control, and diagonal member inspection method.SOLUTION: The diagonal member inspection device includes transfer means, imaging means, inspection means, control means, and batteries. The transfer means includes a pair of driving wheels for clamping a cable and being closely fitted to a surface of the cable. The imaging means acquires image data of the surface of the cable. The inspection means is movably disposed on an annular path disposed along the outer periphery of the cable and measures impedance of a coil causing the cable to generate an eddy current. The control means operates the transfer means, the imaging means, and the inspection means on the basis of a control signal transmitted from a ground side, and transmits data acquired by the imaging means and the inspection means to the ground side. The batteries supply the transfer means, the imaging means, the inspection means, and the control means with electric power.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】斜張橋の斜材を構成するPC鋼線の損傷や破断の有無を、遠隔操作により無人で点検することができる斜材点検装置及び斜材点検方法を提供する。【解決手段】移動手段、撮像手段、検査手段、制御手段、電池を備える。移動手段は、ケーブルを挟み、ケーブルの表面に密着する一対の駆動輪を有する。撮像手段は、ケーブルの表面の画像データを取得する。検査手段は、ケーブルの外周に沿って配置される環状経路上に移動自在に配置され、ケーブルに渦電流を発生させるコイルのインピーダンスを計測する。制御手段は、地上側から送信された制御信号に基づき移動手段、撮像手段、及び検査手段を動作させるとともに、撮像手段及び検査手段により取得したデータを地上側に送信する。電池は、移動手段、撮像手段、検査手段、及び制御手段に電力を供給する。【選択図】 図2
