DIAGONAL INSPECTION METHOD FOR CABLE-STAYED BRIDGE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagonal inspection method for cable-stayed bridge that can inspect whether a PC steel wire constituting a diagonal of a cable-stayed bridge is damaged or broken in an unmanned manner through remote operation.SOLUTION: Moving means having a pair of driving wheels in contact with a surface of the cable with the cable held therein is used to move, along the cable, imaging means for acquiring image data on the surface of the cable, inspection means arranged movably on an annular path arranged along an outer periphery of the cable and measuring impedance of a coil generating an eddy current in the cable, control means for placing the respective means in operation based upon a control signal from a ground side and transmitting data acquired by the imaging means and inspection means to the ground side, and a battery for supplying electric power to the respective means. On the ground side, it is confirmed based upon the image data whether the cable surface is abnormal, and if abnormality is confirmed, the region is determined as a region which needs to be inspected so as to measure impedance in all circumferential directions of the region.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】斜張橋の斜材を構成するPC鋼線の損傷や破断の有無を、遠隔操作により無人で点検することができる斜材点検方法を提供する。【解決手段】ケーブルを挟みケーブルの表面に密着する一対の駆動輪を有する移動手段により、ケーブルの表面の画像データを取得する撮像手段と、ケーブルの外周に沿って配置される環状経路上に移動自在に配置されケーブルに渦電流を発生させるコイルのインピーダンスを計測する検査手段と、地上側から送信された制御信号に基づき上記各手段を動作させるとともに、撮像手段及び検査手段により取得したデータを地上側に送信する制御手段と、上記各手段に電力を供給する電池を、ケーブルに沿って移動させる。地上側で、画像データに基づきケーブル表面の異常の有無を確認し、異常が確認された場合は検査が必要な部位であると判定し、該部位の全周方向においてインピーダンスを測定する。【選択図】 図2
