To provide a recycled civil engineering material in which the period required for civil engineering work and the construction interruption period due to rainfall are shortened as compared with the conventional case, the environmental load is reduced, and the elution amount of hexavalent chromium is less than the environmental standard value.SOLUTION: A recycled civil engineering material according to the present invention is a mixture of a recycled concrete material having a particle size of 5 mm or more and 40 mm or less and general waste molten slag. It is preferable that the mass ratio of the recycled concrete material and the general waste molten slag be between 80:20 to 60:40. It is also preferable that the general waste molten slag be molten slag discharged from a melting treatment facility using coke and limestone as secondary materials.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】従来に比べて土木工事に要する期間並びに降雨による工事中断期間が短縮され、環境負荷が軽減されると共に、六価クロムの溶出量が環境基準値以下である再生土木材料を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る再生土木材料は、粒径が5mm以上40mm以下のコンクリート再生材と、一般廃棄物溶融スラグとを混合したものである。コンクリート再生材と一般廃棄物溶融スラグの質量比は80:20〜60:40であることを好適とする。また、一般廃棄物溶融スラグは、副資材としてコークスと石灰石を使用した溶融処理施設から排出される溶融スラグであることを好適とする。【選択図】なし
