PRECEDING HANDRAIL WITH BRACE FOR CURVED SURFACE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handrail with a brace for a curved surface, efficiently manufacturable, and capable of simply and reliably locking a handrail body on a column, when constructing a circular scaffold.SOLUTION: A preceding handrail comprises: a handrail body having locking parts 2 and 3 capable of linking a handrail installed between mutual ones of adjacent columns before forming a work floor to a socket respectively provided on a peripheral wall of the column and arranged in parallel along an outer edge part of the work floor; and a pair of braces respectively rotatably held by the locking parts 2 and 3 via a pivot and capable of respectively linking the free end to the column under the locking parts 2 and 3 in a crossing attitude thereof. When the locking parts 2 and 3 are composed of bases 2a and 3a directly connected to an end part of the handrail body via a welding part and hook parts 2b and 3b suspended-held on the lower end of the bases 2a and 3a and linking the handrail body to the column by being inserted into the socket of the column, these are constituted of a single member integrally molded by applying press work and bending work to a plate-like member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】効率的な製造が可能であり、円形足場を構築する際において、手摺本体を支柱に簡便かつ確実に係止できる曲面用ブレース付き手摺を提供する。【解決手段】作業床の形成に先立って隣接支柱の相互間に設置される手摺を、支柱の周壁にそれぞれ設けられたソケットに連係可能な係止部２、３を有し、作業床の外縁部に沿って平行に配置される手摺本体と、係止部２、３にそれぞれ枢軸を介して回動可能に保持されるとともにその交差姿勢でもって自由端を係止部２、３の下方で支柱にそれぞれ連係可能な一対のブレースとを備える。係止部２、３を、手摺本体の端部に溶接部を介して直接つながるベース２ａ、３ａと、ベース２ａ、３ａの下端に垂下保持され、支柱のソケットに差し込むことによって手摺本体を支柱に連係させる鉤部２ｂ、３ｂとからなるものとするに当たり、板状部材にプレス加工、曲げ加工を施して一体成形した単一部材で構成する。【選択図】図４
