PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a manufacturing cost for a pile.SOLUTION: A pile 10 includes: a tip member 20 including a cylindrical body part and a blade member 22 that is erected on a peripheral surface of the body part and extends along a spiral shape; a flat disk-like lid member 23 that is provided on the body part's rear end side in the axial direction to seal the body part's rear end side in the axial direction; a rod-like member 30 that has one end fixed on the lid member's part close to the center of a rear end side surface in the axial direction and extends from the part along the axial direction of the body part; a tabular excavation edge 24 that is fixed on the inner peripheral surface of the body part and protrudes from the tip side of the body part; and a reinforcement member 241 that is fixed on the lid member's tip side surface in the axial direction inside the body part to reinforce the lid member. The reinforcement member includes two flat plates approximately orthogonal to each other. The rod-like member's cross section in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction is smaller than the body part's cross section in the direction. The lid member's outer diameter is approximately equal to the blade member's inner diameter; the lid member's outer diameter is equal to an outer diameter of the body part's rear end side in the axial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 24-B
【課題】杭の製造コストを低減する。【解決手段】円筒状の本体部と、本体部の周面上に立設され、螺旋形状に沿って延在する羽根部材22とを有する先端部材20と、本体部の軸方向後端側に設けられ、本体部の軸方向後端側を密閉する平坦な円盤状の蓋部材23と、該蓋部材の軸方向後端側面の中心付近部分に一端が固着され、そこから本体部の軸方向に沿って伸びる棒状部材30と、本体部の内周面に固着し、本体部の先端側から突出する平板状の掘削刃24と、本体部の内部において該蓋部材の軸方向先端側面に固着し、該蓋部材を補強する補強部材241とを有する杭10において、該補強部材は、略直交し合う2枚の平板を含み、軸方向と垂直な方向における該棒状部材の断面積が、同方向における本体部の断面積よりも小であり、該蓋部材の外径は、該羽根部材の内径と略等しく、該蓋部材の外径は、本体部の軸方向後端の外径と等しい。【選択図】図24−B
